Grapewine Villa sits on acres of open terrain, 50 acres of the land is also a vineyard, producing quality fruit from the vine to make fantastic wine very popular for the region.
This villa has all the comforts you need for a home stay, enjoy the comfort of a living room and integrated dining room, this spacious area of the villa allows you to relax in front of an open fireplace, enjoy entertainment with a wide screen TV, stereo system, DVD player and radio.
Sofas and armchairs fill the living room easily seating up to 8 people. There is a wooden coffee table in the centre of the living room and the living provides access to the patio and terrace.
The kitchen is just off the living room, and is fitted with a modern design and has new appliances with utensils and essential cutlery provided.
Its location is midpoint between the cities of Melbourne and Sydney both sharing 400km distance from the villa. However the nearest town is Gundagai a 15 minute drive by car, it is an old gold mining town. Here there is supermarkets, banks and restaurants. Canberra the capital is about a 1 hour drive from the villa, museums, galleries and the government houses can be visited.
Golfing enthusiasts can enjoy the golf clubs nearby, swimming, tennis and other sports all within 20 minutes of the house.
