Prices are listed in AUS $, all deposits are required 1 month in advance of the arrival day,
and on that day the final balance is to be paid in full.
Extra charges will added for additional guests and small pets, cleaning services and garden maintenance.

Availability
The villa is available during the summer and late autumn season only, dates outside these would be considered under special circumstances.
Travelling to the nearest airport would take 40 minutes, this is the Wagga Airport which caters for all services and flights. Sydney is roughly 400km distance from the villa travelling in a car would be an advantage, with Sydney being the nearest big city in Australia and with lots to see and explore, car hire Sydney would be wise choice for travelling through out New South Wales.
A golf course is about 15 minutes away, as well as the shops, restaurants, supermarket, cafes and histoical places to see.
